Given our commitment to the environment and producing art that resonates with you, each item is printed or embroidered upon order. We urge you to review our sizing guides carefully or reach out to our team for sizing advice to ensure the perfect fit from the start.
Sizing Exchanges Simplified:
Got sizing concerns? We've got you covered with one-time size exchanges within 30 days of purchase, ensuring you get the fit just right.
Exchange Process:
- Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Our exchange window is 30 days post-purchase; beyond this, exchanges are not available.
- Initiating an Exchange: Contact our support team via email to obtain a unique return reference. Returns without this reference may face delays or may not be processed.
- Return Shipping: You're responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us. However, we'll handle the shipping cost for sending out your exchange.
- Processing Your Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll process your exchange within 5 business days. For updates, feel free to contact us
Considerations for Shipping Returns:
For added peace of mind, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot assure receipt of your returned item(s) without tracking, and unfortunately, cannot process exchanges for items that are not received.
